Our fellow staff and Guesthouse Attendant ALDWIN H. ESCOBIN and wife MARILOU are in need of financial assistance for the medications of their first baby, SIMON KEWEL, who was born by caesarean section last 28 April 2010. Baby Simon was born prematurely on Marilou’s 27th week of pregnancy and weighed approximately 1000 grams. His heartbeats have been very irregular but the condition of his pair of lungs which was underdeveloped has remarkably improved.
On May 30th, Baby Simon will be brought to an eye specialist in Manila for a closer evaluation of the condition of his eyes. The nerves have been affected and a laser procedure may be necessary for Baby Simon to be able to see.
Hospital bills have piled up and the attending physician had advised Aldwin and Marilou to be prepared with approximately P 300 K for the forthcoming procedures.
We all hope that Baby Simon survives and be able to see and feel the beauty of life around him. Your donations will be a big, big help. Aldwin and Marilou will be very grateful and happy to receive your donations thru SEARCA’s HRMU Office.
Let us all pray for Baby Simon's fast and full recovery. Prayers do work.
